Fix slow SSH connections
Download the most recent version of OpenSSH
> ./configure --prefix=/usr/local --sysconfdir=/etc
> make
# move our existing configurations over..
> sudo mv /etc/ssh_config /etc/ssh_config.old
> sudo make install
> /usr/local/bin/ssh user@hostname
Works like a charm almost always, if you still having troubles change some settings to the sshd_config file (server side), remeber...
